As the basic equipment of modern industry, natural gas compressors are used in many manufacturing industries. In order to play the role of natural gas compressors better, strict requirements are also required in the early installation work. Otherwise, many problems will arise during future operations.
1. Keep away from flammable, explosive, corrosive chemicals and harmful and unsafe items; avoid places where dust is emitted. If the factory environment is poor and dusty, pre-filtering equipment must be installed.
2. The site should be well ventilated, clean and tidy. Do not install near high temperature equipment, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the unit.
3. The installation of the natural gas compressor should be built on a flat and hard floor. Space should be reserved. The distance between the natural gas compressor and the wall should be at least 70 cm, and the distance from the headspace should be at least 1 m.
4. When the pipe is connected to the main pipe, the pipe must be slightly inclined so that the condensed water in the pipe can be drained. Line pressure must not exceed the set pressure of the compressor. 5 pipes should choose the larger diameter.
5. Use elbows and various valves as little as possible in the pipeline to reduce pressure loss. When shrinking or expanding the pipeline, it must be matched with the reducer, otherwise, the increase of pressure will easily increase the loss and even affect the service life of the pipeline.
